Another competition in the books as our 12u boys did well against some stiff competition at the first annual Dare to Dream Tournament.
Dare to Dream Tournament
Our Longhorn 12u boys placed sixth against some talented teams at the Dare to Dream Tournament in Houston this last weekend. The team defeated Rockwall 14-12 in their first match and then never scored fewer than 11 goals the rest of the competition. Congratulations AquaHorns! Luca, David, Riley, Declan, Nico, and Matthew. Polar Bear League Winter Championships
The schedule is out for Sunday’s Polar Bear League Championships at UT. The 14u team starts at 12:45 while the 12u an 18u teams begin at 3:45 PM. As always, be there one hour before game time and let’s finish this season strong! #ScorpsPolo
Micki’s Spring Shutdown
Our home pool at Micki Krebsbach will be shut down for renovation some time in the spring as it is every year. Rumor is that this year there will be some nice upgrades, which means it could last longer than in the past. We don’t have any firm dates yet but are estimating we’ll be moving practices to Lake Creek beginning March 23 or so. Assuming Micki stays open until Spring Break we’ll be hosting at least one Game Day and our first high school tournament, great news for the club.
