Thunder Spring Invite
Better late than never. On March 3 our 14u boys won Gold in the Silver Division of the Thunder Spring Invite! They defeated Southside 19-12 to complete the weekend sweep, including two shootout wins, one of which was a 12-11 nail-biter against that same Southside team. Congratulations for their historic win: Riley, Nico, Liam, Declan, Luca, David, and Coach Matt, joined by their friends from Longhorn under Coach Tom.
AquaTex West Region High School Tournament
Our hosting experience is paying off. Gigantic thanks to all our family volunteers, our athletes, and coaches for helping us put on the biggest tournament AQTX has ever hosted. Nearly 20 high school games over two days without a hitch, including weather that cooperated, contributed in a big way to our local high school teams and to our growing club.
Meanwhile, our athletes excelled for their prep squads. Sam Smith scored 13 goals in two games for the Westwood girls; our boys’ dominated the action as they faced one another in a Round Rock, Cedar Park match up on Friday; and our man Brandon got his first American playing time helping out short-handed Austin and Westwood squads. It was a great weekend for all our athletes, recent additions and long-time veterans. Congratulations to all of them. Plus we got to see a ton of former players and met a lot of new families too.

Lone Star League Spring 2019
Two dates are tentatively on the calendar depending on pool availability. On March 31 we’re planning on hosting at Lake Creek Pool. #NarrowPolo
